LO1 |
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the various tasks required to mount a small public exhibition in a specific venue such as
(a) Orgainising publicity and advertising
(b) Seeking sponsorship
(c) Locating a venue.
(d) Working efficiently as a group |
LO2 |
Be able to demonstrate an awareness of the importance of presentation for the student’s own art practice through
(a) Designing or editing work for a specific space
(b) Providing suitable information for viewers/audience |
LO3 |
Be able to assess appropriate strategies for presenting their work in the specific context of the temporary exhibition space. |
LO4 |
Be able to make an informed assessment of their contribution to the creation of the show through
(a) Participating in self and peer assessment process
(b) Creating a reflective journal/notebook |
LO5 |
Be able to anticipate potential issues for future public exhibitions through
(a) Providing conclusions and focused questions in their reflective journal
(b) Participating in a thorough post exhibition analysis and peer assessment
(c) Reflecting on ground rules for future group work |
