The aim of this module is to develop the ability of the coach to work with elite senior player at the UEFA B stage of the FAI coaching ladder. Enabling the students to plan, deliver and reflect on coaching sessions and analyse and assess their own performance as a coach.

Provide extensive detail and coaching points to the Team, Units and Individual players to improve their understanding and ability to execute a game plan based on analysis of a specific football problem. |
