LO1 |
Demonstrate enhanced ability and understanding of how to use I.D.E.A.L. method, S.T.E.P.R. method, and the six HOW TO COACH skills to coach each element of the Gaelic Games Player Pathway model to test and challenge youth and adult Gaelic Games players in an individual and team environment. |
LO2 |
Evaluate, plan, design and coach youth and adult Gaelic Games related session plan activities both for an individual player and full team in ways that are at all times consistent with the guidelines in: OUR GAMES – OUR CODE, THE JOINT CODE OF BEST PRACTICE IN YOUTH SPORT. |
