Indicative Content
(1) Operations Management
Sequencing, work breakdown structure analysis, duration calculation, subcontractor programme management (tender, short-term progress, and forensic claims).
(2) Subcontractor Management
Contract documents production, subcontractor tendering procedures, post tender documentation production and control.
(3) Cost Control Systems
Cost planning and value engineering principles, programme related cashflow, budgeting, cost value recording techniques.
Obligations in Health and Safety, documentation, process, risk assessments for the construction site
