Module Description: The aim of this module is to develop the students knowledge of the legal and regulatory aspects of business which they have gained at Stage 2 of the Programme including an introduction to legal principles of banking, insurance, data protection and consumer law in Ireland.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
