The aim of this module is to develop the students coaching competencies at the Uefa C License level of the FAI Coaching Pathway. Enabling the students to plan, deliver and evaluate reality based coaching sessions linked to developing age specific coaching curriculums.

LO1 |
Design and deliver reality based training sessions, linked to the 11v11 match based on specific systems of play. |
LO2 |
Implement coaching strategies to develop the Team, Units and Individual players, understanding and ability to execute a game plan related to a specific playing philosophy. |
LO3 |
Demonstrate an understanding of the 'Coaching Coordinator' role within the FAI Clubmark system. |
