Module Description: This module introduces learners to working collaboratively on a real world project for a local community group and/or Vocational College Drama Student production. The module aims to give learners an in depth understanding of a working environment involving listening to the director/clients, developing and presenting their ideas, and making the sets for a community production in The George Bernard Shaw Theatre.
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Developing a collaborative creative project identifying a suitable concept which is workable within the time frame and budget.
LO2 Analysing & evaluating the development of their ideas through good communication, problem solving and team work.
LO3 Creating a professional set design in the context of a live production in a professional theatre or community environment. Developing resilience, agility and collaborative skills through feedback.
LO4 Apply both hard skills and soft skill from their academic studies to the professional and/or community environment.
